Duwa Piping supply carbon steel ,stainless steel and alloy steel tubesheet.
Use of tubesheet :
Mainly used in chemical vessels, such as tubular heat exchanger, pressure vessel, boiler, condenser, central air conditioner, evaporator and seawater desalination, to support and fix the tubes. The metal material makes it not only have strong rigidity, but also have great heat conduction performance.
Tubesheet criteria:
In the process of checking the hole diameter of tube plate, it is very important to pay attention to the location of two positions, such as burr, and so on. Generally, it can be guaranteed by CNC drilling machine. Compared with thick plate, the perpendicularity of holes above 300 mm is very important. These large diameter thick plates need more precise tools and equipment, and the application of special gantry machining center will be more and more common.
Maintenance of tubesheet:
1. Tools and equipment: sandblasting equipment, canvas or plastic cloth for protection, cork, alcohol or acetone, scraper, auger, garbage bag, electric hand drill, working power supply, rubber gloves, safety helmet, protective glasses, wiping cloth and brush.
2. Steps
a. Open the condenser end cover
Dry the water on the surface and inside of the pipe with a blower and blower, then plug the pipe orifice with a cork and cover the flanging to ensure that the pipe orifice will not be damaged during sandblasting.
b. Sandblasting: cover with canvas and other materials during sandblasting, so as to avoid the sand particles from polluting other equipment. When sandblasting, use quartz sand or emery, which can produce a surface of 4 mils without producing more dust. It is necessary to always produce the natural color of the base metal. Remove the cork after sandblasting.
c. Solution cleaning: clean the impurities and oil stains on the metal surface with acetone.
d. Daubing material: first, use polymer repair material and metal repair material to fill the parts with pits on the inner wall of condenser tube plate, so as to avoid water vortex during operation until reaching the required plane. Then the polymer fluid protective material is evenly applied to the whole repaired surface. Pay special attention to the joint between the panel and the pipe to achieve the purpose of sealing and plugging.
e. Curing: according to the curing requirements of the material, it can be put into production after curing.
